To prepare meats, poultry, and seafood:
Season meats, poultry, and fish using a 1/4 cup of Tantalizer’s Jammin' Jerk Sauce per pound of meat. Marinate for at least an hour. Meats and poultry are best marinated overnight. Grill, roast, or prepare as desired. Note: meats and poultry are best marinated over night.
For an extra kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of any Tantalizer Hot Sauce per 1/4 cup of Jammin' Jerk Sauce.
