To prepare meats, poultry, and seafood:
Season meats, poultry and fish using ¼ cup of Tantalizer’s Mamie’s All Purpose Sauce per pound of meat. Marinate meats and poultry for at least an hour. Grill, roast or prepare as desired. NOTE: Meats and poultry are best marinated overnight. For an extra kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of any Tantalizer Hot Sauce per 1/4 cup of Mamie's.
