Inspired by her catering clients’ love for her authentic Caribbean flavors, she created these all-natural seasonings so everyone can enjoy the vibrant tastes of the islands at home.

USING OUR PRODUCTS

There are endless possibilities with both De Kitchen and Calypso Jerk! Whether you’re preparing meats, poultry, or seafood, we recommend using 2–3 tablespoons per pound. For a deeper, richer flavor, season your ingredients and refrigerate overnight before cooking. Both blends are perfect for grilling, roasting, baking, sautéing, or stewing—just cook and enjoy the bold flavors!
